They must have a genuine passion for caring for their patients. They have to be willing to work long hours tirelessly to provide any care they can. Duties
Duties of a neonatologist involve special care for infants from newborn up to four weeks old. They include providing treatment for newborns with illnesses, disorders, birth defects, and other medical problems. Managing any medical care needed for the newborn which includes coordinating any procedures that need to be carried out. And ensuring proper care and nutrition for the infant and that it is well cared for as it is recovering from medical care. |
